| Jelly roll pans are similar to baking sheets or cookie sheets but they have sides. The sides on most jelly roll pans are 1 inch deep and prevent the juices from flowing out. These pans are handy for other uses like baking cookies, coffee cakes besides jelly rolls. Usually made of aluminized steel they are rust resistant and allow even distribution of heat.
