The pan is covered with Chicago Metallics own SilverStone® coating. It is extremely durable, the aluminized steel heats quickly and evenly to ensure uniform baking. With use, the metal darkens slightly, increasing its ability to absorb heat. The pan has rolled rims plus a nonstick finish for easy release and cleanup. Made in the USA. Dimensions are 9 x 2.
