| Even-Heating Tube Cake Pans for Special Cakes |
| Tube cake pans are useful for evenly baking tall cakes. The tube or the chimney in the center allows for even baking. Special angel cakes or bundt cakes release beautifully with this baking pan. The interior and exterior is nonstick so there are no stuck-on messes. Often constructed of heavy gage aluminized steel it provides even heat distribution and consistent baking results. Also the thick rolled edges prevent warping over time. Tube pans may have removable core and bottom and the tube may be several inches in height. |
